About this space

**Please be advised that this listing is an event space and overnight guests are not allowed.**

Creator’s Village is a spacious 1,200 Sq. ft event space/photo studio. The space has high-ceilings & huge windows with plenty of natural lighting. The first level can be used as a photo studio, podcast area, meeting space, training room, content development & small to mid-sized event space. The second level has a private workspace with a color printer & can also be used as a private podcast lounge.

The space

**Note that this is an event space and overnight guests are not allowed under any circumstances.**

Your booking is good for any 6 hour time period between the hours of 8AM & 10PM on the date you select. For example if you book for check- in: November 27th & check – out November 28th you will have to choose a 6 hour time slot between 8AM – 10PM for your event on November 27th (example. November 27th 1PM – 7PM).

Note that set up, event duration and clean up will be included in that 6 hour time frame. The latest time an event can end is 10PM, no exceptions.

Included with this booking are 7 – 6-foot folding tables and 50 folding chairs.

No more than 50 guests are allowed to be in attendance at your event.

Under no circumstances are overnight guests allowed.
